CTOW update, more Rust, NAS, and finishing exams
2024-06-25
So, over the past couple weeks, I have (in no particular order):
- Updated CTOW to work with most of the cURL single-letter arguments, though I don’t have parsing multiple single-letter arguements at once figured out yet.
- Started working on a larger Rust-based project (something about a webserver)
- Created a 3.5TB NAS out of a spare Raspberry Pi 4 and 3 2.5" HDDs I had lying around with help from some SATA-to-USB adapters, and a powered USB hub to provide power to two of the drives. It works by using NFS, and I have seperate automounts setup on my laptop both for on my local network, and through Tailscale (though it’s a bit iffy sometimes).
- Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, I have finished my Semester 1 exams! They went alright, and I’m hopeful that I’ve passed everything with a good grade, but I’ll get to see that in the next couple weeks again.
Just a short life update from me, nothing special.
